Cancellation & Refund
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund within 24 hours and the payment will refund to the original payment you made.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns & Exchange
We accept return or exchange of products
Customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 35 days after delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address
If the return is due to customer reason, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
If the return is due to the quality/damage/wrong size issue from our side, we’ll pay the shipping fee.
The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services( like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, and similar ). Return address: Warehouse Room 401, Building 6, Yajing Qingchuang Space, Nancun Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China 511442; Receiver: TOB Wholesale. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process in China.
- Pls, email us su*****@to**********.com the below information once you process the return. Order Number; Total pieces of the return items ( Include the item code ); Tracking Number; Shipping Company.
- After we received the items, we’ll issue the refund within 24 hours to the original payment method you use. And we’ll send you the refund record to your email immediately once the refund is issued.
- Regarding product quality problems, please take a video or photo and send it to customer service for verification before processing the refund.
