Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items along with the destination.
Averagely the shipping cost by express shipping way is 1.0-3.0usd per garment, which differs for different order quantity levels, addresses, and the garment type. As our experience, if your order is bigger, the average shipping cost is lower, because of the heavier the parcel, the cheaper the shipping cost per KG.
Please kindly notice that international express shipping ways are relevantly more expensive than the standard shipping way. But it is safe and fast. There are some standard shipping ways, the cost might be lower, but parcel loss or delay often happen and there is nearly no insurance for parcel loss.
If your order is small and only for sample quality checking or you’re a drop shipper, you can choose the standard shipping we offer.
If your order is wholesale order, we highly recommend the EXPRESS SHIPPING WAY like FEDEX/UPS/DHL, the shipping cost actually is similar or cheaper than the standard shipping ways when the parcel is bigger.
Our order processing and handling time are 1-7 business days depends on your order quantity, a tracking number (if applicable) will be sent to your registered e-mail after the shipment was fulfilled.
What is the item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the average processing time is 1-2 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item’s stock status. For small quantity orders, the processing time is 1-5 business days while large quantities can take approximately 3-9 business days to process.
We make double quality checking and repacking for each piece of your order before shipping, so as to assure there are no quality problems and all your order items are packed in the neat and good quality polybags.
For Express Shipping like DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other express shipping depending on your location, shipping time is 3 – 7 business days. Most of the time, the shipping time of the express shipping way is stable even for the high peak selling seasons.
For Standard Rate Shipping, it usually takes 7 -15 business days to most destination countries in the world. For some countries, it takes 15-30 days. At high peak season, it would take a longer time depends on the custom status. The tracking number will usually be trackable on the respective courier website 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) become trackable while they are logged by the respective shipping company. This is outside our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
Sometimes, at the high peak selling season, we might cancel some standard shipping because the shipping time is so affected and it is not good for our customers’ shopping experience.
Annual Public Holidays
Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May), Chinese National Day (1st October). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted.
